Can I change my address?

Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can easily update your delivery address for you. Simply click the “Contact Form” button above and kindly include “Address Change” in the subject line.


Our friendly customer service team will review your request as quickly as possible and make the necessary changes before your package leaves our warehouse.


After your order ships:

Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to modify the delivery address due to shipping and carrier restrictions. That’s why we always recommend double-checking your shipping details before completing your purchase.


However, as soon as you receive your tracking number, you may contact your local courier directly to request an address update. Many carriers are able to assist with delivery changes at that stage.
